Valdemorhub

You may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Email sac@valdemorhub.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. For an item received damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear photos or video.

Items returned for a change of mind must be new, unused, unmodified, and in their original condition with original packaging and accessories. Contact Customer Support and wait for return instructions before shipping any item. Do not send a return to the business address or the address on your parcel without instructions.

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
