1. About Our Store
Valdemorhub is a watch store operated by CHIKVASHVILI MERPULSEWAVE LLC, located at 800 Green Street, Lexington, KY 40507, United States.
These Terms govern purchases and use of valdemorhub.com. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the business operating Valdemorhub.
2. Using the Store
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies presented during checkout, including our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
You must have the legal capacity to make the purchase or permission from an authorized parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery details.
You may not use the store for unlawful transactions, submit fraudulent information, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
3. Product Information
Review the description, dimensions, materials, and available options on each product page before ordering.
Screen settings and photography can affect how colors appear. This does not excuse supplying a product that materially differs from its description.
Manufacturer names and logos identify the relevant products. Their appearance does not imply an official partnership or endorsement.
4. Prices and Checkout
Our store’s base currency is USD. Review the currency, product price, delivery charges, applicable taxes, and final total shown at checkout before paying.
Price changes apply to future purchases. We will not increase the price of an existing order without your agreement.
If an error affects your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. You will not be required to accept a revised price.
5. Orders and Payments
Available payment methods appear at checkout. Payment authorization, capture, and settlement depend on the selected provider.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfill it because of unavailable stock, a payment issue, or another material problem, we will notify you and arrange any refund due.
Contact sac@valdemorhub.com promptly to request a cancellation or correction. Changes may no longer be possible after fulfillment begins. This does not affect applicable cancellation rights.
6. Processing and Delivery
Order processing takes 2–4 business days before dispatch.
We offer:
- Standard Shipping — FREE: estimated delivery within 12–20 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping — US$14.90: estimated delivery within 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Processing is additional to transit time. Estimated total time is 14–24 business days for Standard Shipping or 9–19 business days for Express Shipping.
Available delivery destinations are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances.
Contact us if an order is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received. Such reports will be reviewed rather than automatically rejected because of tracking status.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery by emailing sac@valdemorhub.com.
Our Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility, return instructions, shipping costs, refunds, and exchanges. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the appropriate destination.
Our business address is not automatically the return address.
Policy conditions do not remove mandatory remedies for defective, incorrect, or misdescribed goods.
8. Content and Third-Party Rights
You must respect intellectual property rights when using this website. Purchasing a product does not grant rights to reproduce store branding, photographs, or other protected materials.
Manufacturer trademarks and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

Applicable law determines the rights and obligations relating to a transaction. Mandatory protections available in your jurisdiction remain in effect.
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Updates will not retroactively reduce the rights attached to an existing purchase.
